About Your Speaker
Dr. Gwendolyn Henry knows what it feels like to build during uncertain times.
She started her first business at 20 years old and moved into a storefront in the heart of a recession. Since then, she has built businesses, opened storefronts, worked in real estate, and helped people align their vision, take strategic action, and produce results.
Some of the most defining moments that shaped Dr. Gwendolyn Henry's vision didn't come during times of growth. They came during times of disruption.
Years ago, after building a successful career in the beauty industry, everything changed overnight. The salon she managed unexpectedly shut down, clients were already booked, income was already scheduled, and the future she had envisioned seemed to disappear in a single phone call.
What appeared to be a setback was actually the beginning of a shift. The disruption forced her to reVision her vision. The future she had been building toward no longer fit the world God was calling her to create.
What she discovered changed everything. The answer wasn't trying to rebuild what had ended. The answer was receiving vision for what was next.
